At the venue of MACT/CACT Library – Room Lorenzo Casanova

Friday the 6th of September MACT/CACT received for its Library an important donation of Art Books by SIK ISEA The Swiss Institute for Art Research based in Zurich.

The donation includes some hundreds of publications, catalogues and Art Books that will enrich furthermore the MACT/CACT Library. The Museum and Centre of Contemporary Art in Canton Ticino intend through their Books Collection to increase the value of their exhibition activities as well as better promote the artistic and cultural exchange among Institutes and between Museum and exhibition goers.

Each volume is duly registered and each of them records the name of the donor.

MACT/CACT thanks The Swiss Institute for Art Research based in Zurich, through their representatives Mr Mario Lüscher and Mr. Matthias Oberli, for their sensibility and commitment in the framework of cultural exchange.

An equally important thanks goes to Mrs Carole Haensler Huguet.
